How It Works
OUR PROCESS…
Kickoff - after filling out our inquiry form, we will schedule a phone call to further discuss your vision for the trip, travel style, preferences, etc. so we can provide you with the best possible custom itinerary.
Initial Planning Phase - with the help of our industry partners and destination experts, we will design a custom itinerary for you. Once we have made any necessary adjustments based on your feedback, we take care of booking all aspects of the itinerary for you and managing all of your confirmation documents.
Final Details - A few months prior to your trip, we can revisit the itinerary and see what gaps need to be filled - i.e. dining reservations, sightseeing recommendations, additional tours & activities, resort excursions, etc.
Travel Across The Map - You will have all of your documents and recommendations in your digital travel app before your departure to lead you through your day-to-day. While you are traveling, you have full access to our team as well as our destination partners, if you have any questions or need any assistance.
Recap - When you return home, we would love to hear about your trip! These conversations are so important as they help us stay as up to date as possible on the destinations, and also help us to be better advisors to our clients.
BEFORE WE START…
Molly Across The Map focuses on luxury travel and has developed relationships with suppliers and destination partners that are experts on the luxury segment. Because of this, we do have minimum budget requirements to ensure we are the best fit for our clients, and vice versa. If you have any questions about our trip minimums, feel free to contact us. Trip minimums are NOT inclusive of airfare.
Mexico: $5,000
Caribbean: $7,000
Africa: $10,000
Europe: $10,000
Asia: $10,000
South Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, French Polynesia, etc.): $10,000
Alaska & Hawaii: $10,000
Domestic USA (not including Alaska & Hawaii): $5,000
OUR PLANNING FEES…
Before receiving your initial proposal, you will be asked to pay a Planning Fee. Our Planning Fees go to cover the time and expertise needed to provide our services. Planning Fees are per trip, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Additional fees may incur if the client changes the overall direction of the trip during the planning process, or if initial deposit is not paid within 6 months of beginning the planning process.
$500 (1-8 travelers)
$750 (9-19 travelers)
$1,000+ (20+ travelers)
$250 (Hotel Only). This fee is exclusive for clients booking just one hotel or resort, and does not include assistance with activities, excursions, reservations, transportation, or any other concierge items.
